Our story
The firm's story began in 2021, driven by a beautiful truth: that of a father-son collaboration born from a desire to transmit, on the one hand, and to learn, on the other.
Gérard and Peter share the rare privilege of getting along well and complementing each other in absolute trust .

Our firm is based on the complementarity of two backgrounds united by a passion for architecture and construction.
Gérard, a passionate architect, brings over forty years of experience in design, urban planning and real estate development.
Alongside him, Peter leverages his project management expertise and international experience to successfully complete our clients' projects.
Together, we are developing an approach that is both human and rigorous, rooted in the reality of the territory.

Gérard, a DPLG-certified architect and graduate of the Beaux-Arts de Paris, is a passionate urban planning professional and a true hands-on architect. With over 40 years of experience, he has worked as an architect, developer, and property dealer, successfully completing more than 350 architectural projects and over 50 real estate transactions .
An accomplished business leader, he puts his expertise and vision at the service of an architecture that is human and rooted in its environment.

Peter combines solid expertise in economics and project management with a genuine sensitivity to architecture.
With 15 years of international experience on large-scale projects , bringing together multidisciplinary expertise, he has always been involved in architecture thanks to his father and works in this field with passion, where he leverages skills that complement those of Gérard, thus strengthening the synergy of the firm.
As a partner in the firm, Peter brings a strategic and operational vision to the service of project development and performance.
